摘　　要：西气东输三线永昌压气站使用的3套25000 kVA国产荣信变频器。自投用以来,其外部电网供电质量及产品自身的特性,导致运行中出现各种类型的故障,影响天然气管道系统的正常运行。文章通过深入分析现场设备故障,从硬件及软件层面提出有针对性的解决对策,以处理和预防变频器故障,提升国产大功率变频器可靠性。The 3 sets of 25000 kVA domestic Rong Xin frequency converter used in the West-East gas transmission threeline Yongchang pressurized gas station have caused various types of faults in operation since they were put into use due to the quality of external power supply and the characteristics of the product itself,which affects the normal operation of the natural gas pipeline system.Based on the in-depth analysis of the field equipment failure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the hardware and software level to deal with and prevent the inverter failure and improve the reliability of domestic high-power inverter.
