摘  要:文章介绍了工业拖动汽轮机常见轴承的工作机理、主要结构,通过分析汽轮机在工业拖动领域的主要用途及应用特点,进一步讨论了其在工作转速、变工况特性等方面与常规发电汽轮机的主要区别。从基本原理、轴承静特性、油膜动态性能分析等方面讨论了轴承失稳的原因及判定轴承稳定性的方法,同时结合工业拖动汽轮机的主要工作特点,给出了相应的轴承性能分析以及轴承选型的指导意见。This article introduces the working mechanism and main structure of common bearings in industrial drive steam turbines.By introducing the main uses and application characteristics of steam turbines in the field of industrial drive,it further discusses their main differences from conventional power generation steam turbines in terms of working speed and variable operating conditions.And the reasons for bearing instability and how to determine the stability of bearings were discussed from the aspects of basic principles,bearing static characteristics,and oil film dynamic performance analysis.At the same time,combined with the main working characteristics of industrial driven steam turbines,corresponding bearing performance analysis and guidance opinions for bearing selection were provided.
