摘  要:对高压阀门自密封泄漏的原因进行深入分析,并提出相应的处理措施。首先,从材料选择与适应性、制造工艺与工程设计、操作与维护等方面入手,剖析了可能导致自密封泄漏的因素。其次,针对泄漏问题提出材料改进与优化、制造工艺与工程设计的改进、操作与维护规范等处理措施。最后,通过案例分析验证了处理措施的有效性。通过本研究,希望可以为高压阀门的设计、制造和运维提供有益的参考。The causes of self-sealing leakage of high pressure valve are deeply analyzed,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.Firstly,the factors that may lead to self-sealing leakage are analyzed from the aspects of material selection and adaptability,manufacturing process and engineering design,operation and maintenance.Secondly,in view of the leakage problem,it puts forward some measures such as material improvement and optimization,manufacturing process and engineering design improvement,operation and maintenance specifications.Finally,the effectiveness of the treatment measures is verified by case analysis.Through this research,we hope to provide a useful reference for the design,manufacture and operation and maintenance of high pressure valves.
