摘 要:对锅炉和压力容器上安全阀的整定压强进行深入探讨,首先阐述安全阀的工作原理和整定压强的定义,同时研究计算整定压强的方法及影响整定压强的因素。其次,详细讨论压力容器和锅炉设计压强与整定压强的关系,并且通过相关试验揭示正确选择整定压强的重要性及错误选择可能带来的问题。最后,提出安全阀整定压强的检测与安全阀的维护校验方法,并探讨处理不合格安全阀的方式,为保证压力设备安全运行提供理论依据。In this paper,the setting pressure of safety valve on boiler and pressure vessel is deeply discussed.Firstly,the working principle of safety valve and the definition of setting pressure are described.Secondly,the relationship between the design pressure and the setting pressure of the pressure vessel and boiler is discussed in detail,and the importance of selecting the setting pressure correctly and the possible problems caused by the wrong selection are revealed through the relevant tests.Finally,the method of detecting the setting pressure of the safety valve and verifying the maintenance of the safety valve is put forward,and the treatment of the unqualified safety valve is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for ensuring the safe operation of the pressure equipment.
