摘　　要：半城市化地区作为一种在景观格局、社会构成和空间形态等方面发生深刻转变的过渡性地域类型,在不同发展战略引导下,其未来发展可能会出现保持现状、持续发展或依赖陷阱等截然不同的结果。特大城市郊区半城市化地域的发展关系到国家经济发展、社会稳定和人居环境改善,对其进行主动干预和精明管治势在必行。文章以成都市为例,研究半城市化发展的时空格局及其特征演变的规律性,在此基础上从交通基础设施和产业园区建设以及城乡接合部的自发发展3个方面解析成都市半城市化发展的驱动机制,基于成都市环城生态区规划实施与城乡统筹规划的创新做法,进一步探讨半城市化地区如何通过规划介入成为一个可持续的发展区域。As the phenomenon of peri-urbanization becomes more and more common,peri-urbanized areas are at the crossroads of different development scenarios.The choice of different development strategies will lead to completely different development results such as sustainable development,maintaining the status quo and relying on traps.The development of peri-urbanized areas in the suburbs of megacities is related to the country’s economic development,social stability,and improvement of the human settlement environment.Active intervention and smart governance are imperative.Taking Chengdu as an example,this paper studies the temporal and spatial pattern of peri-urbanization development and the regularity of its characteristic evolution.On this basis,it analyzes the driving mechanism of peri-urbanization development in Chengdu from three aspects:transportation infrastructure,industrial park construction and spontaneous development of urban-rural fringe.Based on the innovative approach of the planning and implementation of Chengdu’s urban ecological zone and the overall urban-rural planning,it further explores whether peri-urbanization can become a sustainable development area through planning intervention.
