摘　　要：中风后抑郁作为中风后常见的情志障碍,会对中风患者预后产生不良影响。五行音乐是临床治疗中风后抑郁的传统康复疗法,具有疗效确切、成本低廉、副作用少的特点,其临床疗效大多通过单胺类神经递质、氨基酸类神经递质、免疫反应、脑肠菌群等客观指标及相关量表判断,但具体作用机制尚未完全明确。研究发现,内啡肽/μ阿片受体系统参与调控中风后抑郁的发生,并与情绪调控脑区相互重合,且内啡肽/μ阿片受体系统与神经递质相互调节,从而发挥对中风后抑郁的调控作用。本文通过综述内啡肽/μ阿片受体系统与中风后抑郁密切相关的脑区及与5-羟色胺、谷氨酸、白细胞介素、肠道生物菌群的关系,探讨五行音乐干预中风后抑郁的潜在机制,为中医康复现代化提供科学的研究示范。Five element music is an important means of clinical treatment of post-stroke depression,with great advantages of good efficacy,low cost and few side effects.At present,the prognosis and severity of disease are mostly judged by Monoamine neurotransmitter,amino acid neurotransmitters,immune response,brain gut axis and other indicators,but the specific mechanism of action is not very clear.At present,research has found that the Endorphins/μopioid receptor system is involved in regulating the occurrence of PSD and overlaps with emotional regulation brain regions.In addition,the END/MOR system interacts with neurotransmitters to regulate PSD.This article reviews the brain regions closely related to the END/MOR system and PSD,as well as their relationships with 5-HT,Glu,IL,and gut microbiota,to explore the mechanism of intervention of Wuxing music in PSD,and provide new ideas for the treatment of PSD with Wuxing music.
