摘　　要：目的:探讨父母心理控制对高中生非自杀性自伤的影响及睡眠障碍和精神病性体验在两者之间的中介作用。方法:采用父母控制问卷、青少年自评失眠量表、简式版社区心理体验评估问卷、非自杀性自伤问卷对1578名在校高中生进行调查。结果:父母心理控制、非自杀性自伤、睡眠障碍和精神病性体验两两之间呈显著的正相关(r=0.191~0.451,P<0.01);父母心理控制分别通过睡眠障碍和精神病性体验的部分中介作用(β=0.10,95%CI=[0.09,0.12];β=0.05,95%CI=[0.03,0.06]),以及睡眠障碍和精神病性体验的链式中介作用影响高中生非自杀性自伤(β=0.01,95%CI=[0.01,0.02])。结论:父母心理控制不仅可以直接影响高中生的非自杀性自伤行为,而且还可以通过睡眠障碍和精神病性体验间接影响高中生的非自杀性自伤。Objective:To explore the influence of parental psychological control on non-suicidal self-injury in high school students and the mediating role between sleep disturbances and psychotic-like experiences.Methods:A total of 1578 high school students were investigated by parental control questionnaire,youth self-rating insomnia scale,Brief Version of Psychotic-like Experiences Questionnaireand Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Questionnaire.Results:There were a significantly positive correlation between parental psychological control,non-suicidal self-injury,sleepdisturbances and psychotic-like experiences(r=0.191~0.451,P<0.01).Parental psychological control was partially mediated by sleep disturbances and psychotic-like experiences respectively(β=0.10,95%CI=[0.09,0.12];β=0.05,95%CI=[0.03,0.06]),and the chain mediating effect of sleep disturbances and psychotic-like experiences on non-suicidal self-injury among high school students(β=0.01,95%CI=[0.01,0.02]).Conclusion:Parental psychological control can not only directly affect non-suicidal self-injury of high school students,but also indirectly affect non-suicidal self-injury of high school students through sleep disturbances and psychotic-like experiences.
