摘　　要：膝关节多发韧带损伤(MLKI)通常发生于高能量创伤,病情和治疗均较复杂。因此,在临床也具有较大的挑战性。近年来,随着相关学者对MLKI的关注增加,其诊断和治疗方法得到广泛研究。然而,当前研究虽多,但对疾病的认识、诊治方法均未达成共识。笔者就MLKI的分类、诊断、治疗及预后进行综述,希望为进一步对MLKI的诊治研究与应用提供参考和新思路。Multiple ligament knee injuries(MLKI)typically occur as a result of high-energy trauma,presenting complex conditions both in terms of pathology and treatment.Consequently,it poses significant challenges in clinical practice.In recent years,with increasing attention to MLKI,there has been extensive research on its diagnostic and treatment methods.However,despite the abundance of current research,there is no consensus on the understanding of the disease or its diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.This review provided an overview of the classification,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of MLKI,aiming to offer reference and new perspectives for further research and application in the diagnosis and treatment of MLKI.
