摘 要:皮肤损伤形成创面后,会造成疼痛、功能丧失。开发性能优异的伤口敷料是促进创面修复的关键,壳聚糖及其衍生物具有低毒性、良好的降解性及生物相容性等优点,在创面修复中的应用效果日渐显著。鉴于此,本文作者就壳聚糖及其衍生物的4种重要生物活性展开综述,阐述相关分子机制的研究进展,为新型壳聚糖敷料的研发提供理论依据。After the formation of skin injuries,there can be pain and loss of function.The development of wound dressings with excellent performance is crucial for promoting wound repair.Chitosan and its derivatives have advantages such as low toxicity,good degradability,and biocompatibility.Their application in wound repair has become increasingly significant.In light of this,the authors of this article provided a review of four important biological activities of chitosan and its derivatives elaborating on the research progress in relevant molecular mechanism and aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development of novel chitosan dressings.
