摘  要:针对煤泥水自然沉降耗时长、效果差的问题,使用自制电场沉降装置并采用单因素法考察电解质种类、电流强度、通电时间和pH值对煤泥水沉降效果的影响;在此试验的基础上借助软件进行响应面条件优化,获得的最佳条件是CaCl_(2)0.6 g、电流1.5 A、通电时间25 min、pH值9.4,此时煤泥水沉降效果的综合指标为1.32,证明沉淀效果良好。In view of the long time and poor effect of natural sedimentation of slime water,a self-made electric field sedimentation device was used and the single factor method was used to investigate the effects of electrolyte type,current intensity,current time and pH value on the sedimentation effect of slime water.On the basis of the test,the response surface conditions were optimized by using Design-Expert software.The optimal conditions were CaCl_(2)0.6 g,current 1.5 A,electrification time 25 min and pH 9.4.At this time,the comprehensive index of the settling effect of slime water was 1.32,which proved that the precipitation effect was good.
