煤矿带式输送机胶带收卷放切成套装备的应用

摘　　要：针对煤矿带式输送机传统更换方式存在旧带的收卷效率低、速度慢,新带放切困难以及污染严重等问题,设计了煤矿带式输送机胶带收卷成套关键装备,实现对煤矿带式输送机旧带的高效收卷、新带的自动快速放切,大大提高了煤矿带式输送机胶带的更换效率,间接提高了煤矿产量。经现场应用,胶带收卷放切成套装备有效提高了带式输送机的收卷速度,整条输送带收卷用时从12 h缩短为1.9 h,同时,降低了工人劳动强度,节约了成本。For the traditional replacement of coal mine belt conveyor,there are problems such as low rewinding efficiency and slow speed of old belts,difficulty in cutting new belts,and serious pollution,etc.,a complete set of key equipment for coal mine belt conveyor tape rewinding is designed,which realizes high efficiency rewinding of old belts of coal mine belt conveyor,and automatic and fast cutting of new belts,which greatly improves the efficiency of replacing coal mine belt conveyor tapes,and indirectly improves the output of the coal mines.The field application shows that the complete set of tape rewinding and cutting equipment effectively improves the rewinding speed of the belt conveyor,and the rewinding time of the whole conveyor belt is shortened from 12 h to 1.9 h.At the same time,it reduces the labor intensity of the workers and saves the cost.
