摘　　要：分析地方性本科院校临床医学专业人才培养中存在的问题,并以丽水学院五年制本科临床医学专业为例,探讨将产学合作、产教融合的理念贯彻到人才培养中,构建以岗位胜任力为导向的临床医学专业人才培养模式,为地方性本科院校提升本地区、基层医疗机构人才培养质量提供借鉴。Analyzing the existing problems in the cultivation of clinical medicine professionals in local undergraduate colleges,and take the five-year undergraduate clinical medicine major of Lishui University as an example to explore the implementation of the concept of collaborative education between industry and education in personnel cultivation,to construct cultivation model of clinical medicine personnel guided by post competency,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of personnel cultivation in local and grassroots medical institutions.
