摘  要:教产共研是中职教育适应产业转型升级培养技能人才的重要路径,它是中职学校人才培养模式的新形态。提出中医康复技术(中医美容方向)专业教产共研人才培养模式的必要性,阐述人才培养模式实施的路径,从而提升中医康复技术(中医美容方向)专业技术技能人才培养质量。Training model of Teaching-Industry-Co-research is an important path for secondary vocational education to adapt to industrial transformation and upgrading,and cultivate skilled personnel.It is a new form of personnel cultivation model in secondary vocational schools.The necessity of proposing personnel cultivation model for Teaching-Industry-Co-research in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology(Traditional Chinese Medicine cosmetology),and explaining the implementation path of the personnel cultivation model,so as to improve the quality of personnel cultivation in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology(Traditional Chinese Medicine cosmetology).
