摘 要:为探讨基于患者第一视角的短视频在脑血管介入手术患者健康教育中的应用效果,选取于2021年5月至2022年8月在某三级甲等医院进行脑血管介入手术的患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予基于患者第一视角的健康教育短视频。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑情绪和自我效能、干预后的健康教育满意度和围术期依从性。实践表明,基于患者第一视角的健康教育短视频有助于降低脑血管介入手术患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者自我效能水平,提高健康教育满意度和围术期依从性。To explore the application effect of mini-videos based on the patient's first perspective in health education for patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention surgery,patients who underwent cerebrovascular intervention surgery in a"Grade-A"hospital from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and observation group.The control group received usual education,while the observation group received mini-videos of health education based on the patient's first perspective on the basis of the control group.Compared patients'anxiety and self-efficacy before and after intervention,as well as satisfaction with health education and perioperative compliance between two groups after intervention.Practice has shown that health education mini-videos based on the patient's first perspective can help reduce anxiety in patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention surgery,improve their self-efficacy level,and improve satisfaction with health education and perioperative compliance.
