摘　　要：近年来,中国人民银行黑龙江省分行深入践行“征信为民”服务理念,助力龙江经济发展。一是不断优化征信服务工作管理流程,多渠道满足群众征信服务需求;二是持续探索征信助农模式和路径,促进金融更好服务“三农”经济发展;三是推动动产融资统一登记公示系统和中征应收账款融资服务平台的应用,助力黑龙江省动产融资业务取得积极进展;四是全力推动黑龙江省征信体系建设,积极推动筹建黑龙江省级地方征信平台;五是不断强化对辖内金融信用信息基础数据库接入机构征信业务行为的监督管理,从严履行监管职责;六是积极推进央行内部(企业)评级工作,拓宽金融机构再贷款渠道;七是持续加大征信宣传力度,不断拓展征信宣传的广度和深度。In recent years,Heilongjiang Branch of the People's Bank of China has been deeply implementing the service concept of“credit for the people”and helping the economic development of Heilongjiang.First,continuously optimize the management process of credit investigation service and meet the public's demand for credit investigation services through multiple channels;second,continue to explore the mode and path of credit support for agriculture,and promote better financial services for the economic development of the“three rural areas”;third,promote the application of the Unified Registration and Publicity System for Movable Property Financing and the CRC Receivable Financing Service Platform,to help the movable property financing business in Heilongjiang Province make positive progress;fourth,make every effort to promote the construction of credit system in Heilongjiang Province and actively promote the preparation for the establishment of provincial local credit platform in Heilongjiang Province;fifth,constantly strengthen the supervision and management of the credit investigation business behavior of financial credit information basic database access institutions under its jurisdiction,and strictly perform the supervisory duties;sixth,actively promote the central bank internal(enterprise)rating work and broaden the refinancing channels of financial institutions;seventh,continue to increase the intensity of credit propaganda,and constantly expand the breadth and depth of credit propaganda.
