摘　　要：自2021年1月1日在全国范围内开展动产和权利担保统一登记以来,吉林省统一登记系统登记业务扩规上量,丰富了中小微企业的融资途径,融资成效明显。以吉林省辖内107家金融机构为研究对象,分析当前吉林省统一登记系统的发展现状及存在的问题,并提出加强针对性政策引导激励、健全统一登记系统服务体系、完善统一登记系统功能等改进吉林省统一登记业务发展的建议。Since the unified registration of movable property and rights guarantee was carried out nationwide on January 1,2021,the registration business of Jilin Unified registration system has been expanded,which has enriched the financing channels of small,medium-sized and micro enterprises,and the financing effect is obvious.Taking 107 financial institutions under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the current development status and existing problems of Jilin Province unified registration system,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of Jilin Province unified registration business,such as strengthening targeted policy guidance and incentives,improving the unified registration system service system,and improving the functions of the unified registration system.
