摘　　要：志愿服务在社区治理情感功效的发挥是一个“志愿行动—情感传递—治理效果”的传导过程。在社区治理的国家建构层面,志愿服务通过媒介丰富、情感信息社会认知、启发社区治理公平的方式深化居民对党和国家的认同;在社会建设层面,志愿服务通过聚合情绪氛围、开展积极活动、塑造社会身份认同的方式培养社区共同体的情感;在群体互动层面,志愿服务通过相似吸引、启动互动仪式链、增进积极相互依赖的方式营造合作、友爱的社区氛围;在个体心灵层面,志愿服务通过抑制居民不道德行为、让居民获得积极情绪的“拓展—建构”体验、彰显居民个体优势的方式引导社区居民道德向“善”,从而为建设美好社区奠定基础。The emotional efficacy of volunteer service in community governance is a process of transmitting"volunteer action-emotional transmission-governance effect".At the national level of community governance,volunteer service deepens residents′identification with the Party and the State by media enrichment,cognitive understanding of an emotionally informed society,and promoting fairness in community governance.At the societal level,volunteer service enhances community emotions by spreading emotional contagion,engaging in active activities,and shaping social identity.At the level of group interaction,volunteer service fosters a cooperative and amicable community atmosphere by shared attraction,initiating interactive rituals chains,and strengthening positive interdependence.At the individual spiritual level,volunteer service educates community residents to uphold moral values by restraining their immoral behavior,letting them gain experiences related to positive emotion"expansion-construction"and stimulating individual strengths so as to lay a foundation for building a harmonious community.
