摘 要:我司承接的散货船和天然气水合物钻采船,底边舱和顶边舱斜壁板传统上采用CO_(2)焊,存在效率低和质量容易波动问题。相对传统的90°垂直气电焊接技术,开展多角度的垂直气电焊接技术应用研究,实现了多个倾斜角度垂直气电焊接,提高了焊接效率及质量。本文对该项技术试验过程、使用特点和技术要求等进行介绍。The inclined wall panels of the bottom and top side compartments of bulk cargo ships and natural gas hydrate drilling and production ships undertaken by our company have traditionally been welded with CO_(2),which has problems of low efficiency and easy quality fluctuations.In response to the traditional 90°vertical electro-gas welding technology,research on the application of multi-angle vertical electro-gas welding technology has been carried out,achieving multiple inclined angle vertical electro-gas welding,and improving welding efficiency and quality.This article will introduce key points such as the experimental process,usage characteristics and technical requirements of this technology.
