摘　　要：海工管线负责介质的输送,其预制质量和完整性直接影响项目的交付进度及系统质量可靠性。本文从管线生产准备、施工场地及人力需求、管线预制工作包的编制、管线施工及主要跟进表、管线的放行及涂装等方面,阐述了管线预制过程管理要点及注意事项。Offshore pipelines play an important role in conveying media,and the prefabrication quality and integrity of their pipelines would directly affect the delivery progress of the entire project and the reliability of the system quality.The author elaborated the key points and precautions of pipeline production from the aspects of pipeline production preparation,construction site&manpower requirements,preparation of spool prefabrication work pack,pipeline fabrication and major track table,spool release and painting etc.
