摘  要:常规湿法SBS改性沥青通常由厂家提前生产,再运输到拌合现场使用。这一流程影响施工人员对SBS改性沥青生产质量的掌控。直投式SBS改性沥青是直接将改性剂现场投放至拌合缸中,生产质量能够得到有效管控,近年来应用广泛。文章通过三大指标试验及流变试验,研究了国路、辽河两种直投式SBS改性沥青的性能。通过红外光谱试验,研究了直投式SBS改性沥青的改性机理。结果表明,直投式SBS改性沥青性能满足相关规范及使用要求,7%掺量的两种直投式SBS改性沥青性能与5%掺量的常规湿法SBS改性沥青的性能相近。Conventional wet SBS modified asphalt is usually produced by manufacturers in advance,and then transported to the mixing site for use.This process affects the construction personnel's control over the production quality of SBS modified asphalt.Direct-throw SBS modified asphalt puts the modifier directly into the mixing tank on site,and its production quality can be effectively controlled.It has been widely used in recent years.This article studies the performance of two types of direct-throw SBS modified asphalts with the brand names of Guolu and Liaohe through three major index tests and rheological tests,and conducts research on the modification mechanism of direct-throw SBS modified asphalt through infrared spectrum tests.The results show that the performance of direct-throw SBS modified asphalt meets relevant specifications and usage requirements.The performance of those two kinds of direct-throw SBS modified asphalt with 7%dosage is equivalent to that of conventional wet SBS modified asphalt with 5%dosage.
