摘　　要：交通档案是重要的决策参考,也是记录交通发展历史的重要资源,其现实价值不言而喻。随着科技发展,数字化和信息化技术不断提升交通管理的效率、准确性和安全性。文章探讨了数字化和信息化技术在交通档案工作中的应用,分析了传统交通档案工作流程中存在的问题,梳理总结数字化和信息化技术对工作流程的改进和优化效果,认为其可提高档案存储管理效率,加强数据分类索引与检索的准确性,以及促进档案共享协作平台的推广应用。Transportation archives are important decision-making references and resources for recording the history of transportation development,with self-evident practical value.With the scientific and technological development,the digitalization and information technology continue to improve the efficiency,accuracy,and safety of traffic management.The application of digitalization and information technology is discussed in the transportation archives,the problems existing in the traditional transportation archives workflow are analyzed,and the improvement and optimization effects of digitalization and information technology on the workflow are combed and summarized.It is believed that it can improve the efficiency of archive storage management,strengthen the accuracy of data classification index and retrieval,and facilitate the promotion and application of archive sharing and cooperation platform.
