摘 要:[目的]VW63Z稀土镁合金的耐蚀性有待提高。[方法]先在由35~40 g/L KF和2~8 g/L NaOH组成的电解液中以电压350~380 V、电流密度5.0~6.0 A/dm^(2)、频率60~100 Hz和占空比40%~50%的条件微弧氧化10~14 min,再在立邦POWERNICS 301(ZY)GRAY型涂料中以电压80~100 V电泳3~4 min,在VW63Z镁合金表面制备了复合膜层,通过形貌观察、厚度测量、硬度检测、耐水性测试、耐酸性测试、耐碱性测试、结合力检测及中性盐雾试验对其性能进行评价。[结果]微弧氧化-电泳复合膜层结构致密,厚度高达38.6~41.8μm,铅笔硬度至少8H,耐水性、耐酸性和耐碱性良好,附着力0级,耐中性盐雾试验长达1632 h。[结论]微弧氧化-电泳复合工艺可有效提高VW63Z稀土镁合金的耐蚀性。[Introduction]The corrosion resistance of rare earth based magnesium alloy VW63Z needs to be improved.[Method]A composite film was prepared on the surface of VW63Z magnesium alloy via microarc oxidation(MAO)in an electrolyte comprising KF 35-40 g/L and NaOH 2-8 g/L at voltage 350-380 V,current density 5.0-6.0 A/dm^(2),frequency 60-100 Hz,and duty cycle 40%-50%for 10-15 minutes followed by electrophoretic deposition(EPD)with Nippon POWERNICS 301(ZY)GRAY paint at a voltage of 80-100 V for 3-4 minutes.The properties of the composite film were examined by morphology observation,thickness measurement,hardness test,water resistance test,acid resistance test,alkali resistance test,adhesion test,and neutral salt spray test.[Result]The microarc oxidation–electrophoretic deposition composite film is compact in structure,with a thickness as high as 38.6-41.8μm,a pencil hardness at least 8H,0-grade adhesion,good resistance to water,acid,and alkali,and neutral salt spray resistance up to 1632 hours.[Conclusion]The combination of microarc oxidation and electrophoretic deposition can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of VW63Z magnesium alloy.
