摘 要:采用湿法氧化法,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,处理煤焦化过程中所生产的含硫氨氮化合物废水中的硫化铵、硫代硫酸铵、亚硫酸按、亚硫酸氢铵等低价含硫化合物,其中硫化铵及硫代硫酸铵所占比较高,氧化其为硫酸铵溶液作为农业用肥料,建立了一条清洁处理上述工艺废水的技术路线。考察了过氧化氢的用量、pH值、反应温度、反应时间等对反应结果的影响。采用正交实验设计建立了优化的工艺技术条件,即:用质量分数30%过氧化氢作为氧化剂进行氧化,其用量为理论量,pH为10,反应温度为70℃下反应50 min,其COD值由1660 mg·L^(-1)降至230 mg·L^(-1),COD去除率达到了86%,氧化产物中几乎不含有负二价硫化物,硫代硫酸盐仅剩0.446 g·L^(-1),其去除率达到82%。Wet oxidation method was used to treat low-valence sulfur-containing compounds such as ammonium sulfide,ammonium thiosulfate,bisulfite and ammonium hydrogen sulfite in the sulfur-containing ammonia nitrogen compound wastewater produced in the coal coking process with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,among which ammonium sulfide and ammonium thiosulfate accounted for a relatively high proportion,and oxidized it to ammonium sulfate solution as agricultural fertilizer,and a technical route was established to cleanly treat the above-mentioned process wastewater.The effects of the amount of hydrogen peroxide,pH value,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction results were investigated.The optimized process and technical conditions were established by orthogonal experimental design,that was,mass fraction 30%hydrogen peroxide was used as the oxidant for oxidation,the dosage was the theoretical amount,the pH was 10,the reaction temperature was 70℃,the reaction time 50 min,and the COD value was reduced from 1 660 mg·L^(-1) to 230 mg·L^(-1),the COD removal rate reached 86%,almost no negative divalent sulfide was contained in the oxidation product,and only0.446 g·L^(-1)thiosulfate remained in the thiosulfate.The salt removal rate reached 82%.
