摘 要:随着化石燃料的消耗和环保要求的日益严苛,生物基替代是能源未来发展的重要趋势。微藻具有易栽培、产量大、适应性好等优点,是一种可再生资源,可用于生产生物柴油。然而,高成本的湿微藻脱水及干燥限制了微藻生物柴油的规模化生产,由微藻湿法制备生物柴油是推动生物柴油产业发展的重要途径。综述了湿法微藻生物柴油的生产工艺以及规模化应用存在的主要问题,并分析了未来发展方向。With the consumption of fossil fuels and the increasingly stringent environmental requirements,bio-based substitution is an important trend in the future.Microalgae have the advantages of easy cultivation,high yield and excellent adaptability.Microalgae are promising renewable feed-stocks for producing biodiesel.However,the major bottleneck in micro-algal biodiesel production is a rather high cost during dehydration and drying of wet micro-algal,which limits the economic feasibility and industrial commercialization.Preparation of biodiesel from wet microalgae is an important way to promote the development of biodiesel industry.The current research process of biodiesel production from wet microalgae were reviewed,main problems existing in large-scale application were discussed,and the future development direction was analyzed.
