盐城市某家具制造企业职业病危害现状分析与防治对策

摘　　要：目的 了解盐城市某家具制造企业职业病危害现状,识别和检测作业场所中的危害因素,为制定可行的防治对策提供依据。方法 通过现场调查、危害因素检测和健康监护等方法,对2022年盐城市某家具制造企业的职业病危害因素进行调查。结果 某家具制造企业的主要职业病危害因素为木粉尘和噪声,开料区和打磨区木粉尘浓度、断料区和打磨区噪声强度均不符合国家职业卫生标准,木粉尘合格率为75.00%,噪声合格率为85.71%;作业场所中化学物质浓度符合国家职业卫生标准。结论 盐城市某家具制造企业部分岗位木粉尘和噪声仍然超标,建议改革工艺,引进先进设备,降低噪声。配备足够的除尘系统,并定期维护,委托专业机构开展职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查,加强劳动者自我防护意识,正确佩戴防护用品,减少职业病的发生。Objective To understand the current situation of occupational disease hazards in a furniture manufacturing enterprise in Yancheng City,identify and detect hazardous factors in the workplace,and provide a basis for formulating feasible prevention and control measures.Methods Through field investigation,hazard factor detection and health monitoring,the occupational hazard factors in a furniture manufacturing enterprise in Yancheng City in 2022 were investigated.Results The main occupational hazards of the furniture manufacturing enterprise were wood dust and noise.The concentration of wood dust in the cutting and polishing areas,as well as the noise intensity in the cutting and polishing areas,did not meet the national occupational health standards.The qualified rate of wood dust was 75.00%,and the qualified rate of noise was 85.71%.The concentration of chemical substances in the workplace met national occupational health standards.Conclusions The wood dust and noise of some posts in the furniture manufacturing enterprise still exceed the standard.It is suggested to reform the process and introduce advanced equipment to reduce the noise.Equip sufficient dust removal systems and regularly maintain them.Entrust professional institutions to conduct occupational hazard factor detection and occupational health checks,strengthen workers' self-protection awareness,correctly wear protective equipment,and reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases.
