摘 要:在从事纺织的工业生产劳动中,劳动者长时间接触的染料、溶剂、纤维粉尘和各种其他不同的有毒化学品。大量研究表明,纺织业中使用的化学品与不同的健康相关危害有关,甚至易引起某种特定的肿瘤。本文旨在综述职业环境中的不同因素在纺织业工人中与肺癌、膀胱癌等多种常见恶性肿瘤关联性及其特点的研究进展,为全面评估纺织业不同工作级别的肿瘤发生风险和制定职业相关肿瘤的监测预警体系提供参考依据。In the industrial production of textiles,workers are exposed to dyes,solvents,fiber dust and various other toxic chemicals for a long time.Numerous studies have shown that the chemicals used in the textile industry are associated with different health-related hazards,and may even cause specific tumors.This article aims to review the research progress on the association and characteristics of different factors in the occupational environment with lung cancer,bladder cancer and other common malignant tumors among textile workers,and to provide a reference basis for comprehensive assessment of cancer risk at different work levels in the textile industry and the development of a monitoring and early warning system for occupational related tumors.
