摘 要:为准确判断架空通信光缆线路风险等级,及时消除线路隐患,确保光传输系统正常运行,综合考虑多方面因素构建了风险评价指标体系,基于LEC法提出适用于架空光缆风险指标值计算方法,使用熵权—集对分析法建立风险等级评价模型。利用该模型对四条军用架空光缆线路风险等级进行评价。结果表明,该方法能够有效识别架空光缆风险点,实现对架空光缆风险等级的准确评价,有助于及时消除线路隐患,提升架空光缆线路的维护效率。In order to accurately judge the risk level of overhead communication optical cable lines,eliminate hidden dangers in time and ensure the normal operation of optical transmission systems.Based on the LEC method,a risk evaluation index system is constructed,and a risk index calculation method suitable for overhead optical cables is proposed based on the LEC method,and a risk level evaluation model is established by using the entropy weight-set pair analysis method.The model is used to evaluate the risk level of four military overhead optical cable lines,and the results show that the method can effectively identify the risk points of over⁃head optical cables,realize the accurate evaluation of the risk level of overhead optical cables,help eliminate hidden dangers in time,and improve the maintenance efficiency of overhead optical cable lines.
