基于微信平台的健康教练技术对养老机构糖尿病患者血糖及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于微信平台的健康教练技术对养老机构糖尿病患者血糖及生活质量的影响。方法2021年5月至2022年5月,采用抽签法在与镇江市某三级甲等医院签约的2所养老机构内入住的患者中各选取47例作为研究对象,并采用抽签法将养老机构A内的患者作为对照组(n=47),养老机构B内的患者作为观察组(n=47)。对照组接受常规护理,主要内容为糖尿病相关知识讲座;观察组在对照组的基础上,接受基于微信平台的健康教练技术干预。比较干预前及干预6个月后患者高血糖或低血糖发生率、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表评分。结果 干预6个月后,观察组患者FBG、HbA1c、高血糖或低血糖发生率及糖尿病特异性生存量表得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的健康教练技术能帮助养老机构糖尿病患者有效控制血糖水平、降低高血糖或低血糖发生率、提升生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat-based health coaching on blood glucose and quality of life of diabetic patients in nursing homes.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,47 patients were selected by lottery from two nursing homes respectively that have established a contractual partnership with a GradeⅢ-A hospital in Zhenjiang.The patients selected from nursing home A were assigned to the control group(n=47)while those selected from nursing home B were assigned to the observation group(n=47).The control group was given routine nursing care,mainly including lectures on diabetes-related knowledge;the observation group,on this basis,was given WeChat-based health coaching.The incidence of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and scores of Diabetes-Specific Quality of Life Scale(DSQOLS)were compared before intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the FBG,HbA1c,incidence of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia and DSQOLS scores in the observation group were statistically lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat-based health coaching is worthy of clinical application as it can help diabetic patients in nursing homes effectively control their blood glucose levels,reduce the incidence of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia and improve their quality of life.
