摘　　要：文章以BIM为导向,以建筑全生命周期为视角,整理了智慧设计、施工和运维的内涵;以Revit平台进行实践项目“大学生活动中心”的智慧设计,用BIM5D跟踪实现其智慧施工,以BIM集成化等维度构建其智慧运维体系。研究模拟并验证了建筑全生命周期智慧建造在实践项目上的应用,实现了建筑生命周期的信息化集成,为建筑向智慧、精益发展奠定了理论基础。Taking BIM as the guidance and the whole life cycle of the building as the perspective,this paper sorts out the connotation of intelligent design,intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance;the intelligent design of the college student activity center is carried out by Revit platform,the intelligent construction is realized with BIM5D tracking,and the intelligent operation and maintenance system is constructed with BIM integration and other dimensions.This research simulates and verifies the application of intelligent building process in the whole life cycle of the building in the practical project,realizes the information integration of the life cycle of the building,and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the intelligent and leans development of buildings.
