松花粉应用于护肤领域的毒理安全性能研究

摘　　要：根据《化妆品安全技术规范》相关要求,对100%含量的松花粉进行皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验、皮肤变态反应试验、皮肤光毒性试验、急性经皮毒性试验等测试,以评价其毒理安全性能。结果表明:100%含量的松花粉,进行皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验,多次皮肤刺激性表现为无刺激性;皮肤变态反应试验表现为未见皮肤变态反应;皮肤光毒性试验表现为未见皮肤光毒性;急性经皮毒性试验验证为微毒级物质。松花粉在护肤领域应用具有较高的安全性。通过对松花粉局部毒理进行评价,为其在护肤领域应用的安全性提供科学依据。According to the relevant requirements of“Technical specification for safety of cosmetics”,100%pine pollen is tested by skin irritation/corrosion test,skin allergy test,skin phototoxicity test,acute transdermal toxicity test,and so on,to evaluate its toxicological safety.Results show that 100%pine pollen showed no skin irritation in the skin irritation/corrosion test,and no skin allergy in the skin allergy test no skin phototoxicity is observed in the skin phototoxicity test,and the acute transdermal toxicity test showed that it was a mild toxic substance.The application of pine pollen in skin care field has higher safety,to provide scientific basis for the safety of pine pollen in skin care by evaluating its local toxicology.
