摘　　要：对木兰科植物的组织培养技术研究现状进行了概述,包括外植体的选择、培养基的选择、继代增殖培养、生根培养及体细胞胚的诱导5个方面,并分析了木兰科植物组培过程中遇到的难题及未来努力的方向,为木兰科植物利用组培快繁技术来获取优质种苗提供参考。The research status of tissue culture technology of Magnoliaceae plants was summarized,including the selection of explants,selection of medium,subculture proliferation culture,rooting culture and induction of somatic embryos.The problems encountered in the process of tissue culture of Magnoliaceae plants and the direction of future efforts were analyzed,providing reference for Magnoliaceae plants to use tissue culture and rapid propagation technology to obtain high-quality seedlings.
