摘  要:为探究干旱对玉米不同生长期的生长性状及果穗性状的影响,以QXH0121(耐盐碱型)、B73(野生型)、PHM57(盐碱敏感型)3种不同耐盐碱能力的玉米品种为试验材料,通过盆栽控水,分别于拔节期、大喇叭口期、抽雄期进行干旱处理。结果表明:相较于非胁迫处理,干旱胁迫下3种玉米品种在拔节期、大喇叭口期及抽雄期均表现为株高及产量构成要素降低,而茎粗则无显著差异。无论拔节期、大喇叭口期或者抽雄期胁迫,3个品种耐旱程度均表现为QXH0121>B73>PHM57。拔节期的干旱胁迫对玉米株高影响最大,株高低于大喇叭口期和抽雄期;抽雄期的干旱胁迫对果穗性状影响最大。To explore the effect of drought on growth traits and ear traits of maize in different periods,three maize varieties with different salt tolerance abilities,QXH0121(saline-alkali tolerant type),B73(wild-type)and PHM57(saline-alkali sensitive type),were employed as experimental materials.Through pot culture experiment,drought treatment was carried out at jointing stage,big horn stage and tasseling stage,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,except for stem diameter,the plant height and yield component of three varieties all decreased in the three periods under drought condition.Under drought stress condition,the drought tolerance degree of the three varieties was:QXH0121>B73>PHM57,indicating that the saline-alkali tolerant varieties were also drought tolerant in a certain extent,and the saline-alkali sensitive varieties were also sensitive to drought stress.Drought stress at jointing stage had the worst effect on maize plant height,which was significantly lower than other stress periods.Drought stress during tasseling period had the worst effect on ear traits.
