摘 要:[目的]明确聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对沿海困难立地砂砾质滩涂的改良作用。[方法]以红海榄胚轴为供试样本,通过室内潮汐模拟试验,研究不同PAM施用量(0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%、1.25%,分别记为P_(1)、P_(2)、P_(3)、P_(4)、P_(5))与城市污泥发酵肥、复合生物菌剂混施对红树生长和土壤养分的影响。[结果]与CK相比,不同PAM施用量处理下红海榄幼苗树高、叶片数分别增加18.75%~48.82%、5.0%~55.0%,地径显著增加43.16%~71.43%;根系、茎部生物量分别增加16.41%~87.26%、14.91%~72.75%;叶片生物量显著增加64.36%~156.93%,根冠比显著降低15.62%~26.98%。施用PAM对土壤有机质、磷和钾的全量及速效养分影响较大,与CK相比,不同PAM施用量处理下土壤有机质、全磷、全钾分别显著增加623.47%~794.78%、114.49%~142.03%和145.90%~167.24%;速效磷、速效钾分别显著增加146.55%~268.12%、24.69%~61.74%。[结论]PAM与城市污泥发酵肥、复合生物菌剂混施可促进红海榄幼苗生长,保持土壤养分,可作为沿海困难立地砂砾质滩涂的土壤改良剂,推荐PAM施用量为0.75%。[Objective]To clarify the improvement effect of polyacrylamide(PAM)on sandy gravel beach in coastal difficult sites.[Method]Rhizophora stylosa was used as the research material to explore the effects of different PAM application rates(0.25%,0.50%,0.75%,1.00%,1.25%,respectively recorded as P_(1),P_(2),P_(3),P_(4),P_(5))mixed with silt and compound biological inoculants on plant growth and soil nutrients through tidal-simulation test.[Result]Compared with CK treatment,in different PAM application rates treatments,the tree heights and number of leaves increased to 18.75%-48.82%and 5.0%-55.0%,respectively;the ground diameters significantly increased to 43.16%-71.43%;the roots and stems biomass increased to 16.41%-87.26%and 14.91%-72.75%,respectively;the leaves biomass significantly increased to 64.36%-156.93%,and the root-shoot ratio significantly decreased to 15.62%-26.98%.The application of PAM had a greater impact on soil organic matter,the total and available nutrients of soil phosphorus and potassium,and the soil organic matter,total phosphorus and total potassium significantly increased to 623.47%-794.78%,114.49%-142.03%and 145.90%-167.24%,respectively;the available phosphorus and available potassium significantly increased to 146.55%-268.12%,24.69%-61.74%,respectively.[Conclusion]The mixed application of PAM with silt and compound biological inoculants can promote the growth of Rhizophora stylosa seedlings and improve soil nutrients.It can be used as soil conditioner for sandy gravel beach in coastal difficult sites and the recommended application rate of PAM is 0.75%.
