古雄性毛白杨嫩枝扦插技术研究

摘  要:采用以基质配比、吲哚丁酸(IBA)质量浓度、处理时间为因素的3因素3水平正交试验设计,以古毛白杨雄株经组培繁育的5龄子代的当年生枝条为试验材料,研究古雄性毛白杨嫩枝扦插技术,综合不同基质配比床面反射光强及叶面温度等因素影响,得出古雄性毛白杨嫩枝在珍珠岩∶蛭石(体积比1∶1)的基质配比中扦插生根效果明显高于蛭石、珍珠岩;在该基质配比的基础上,采用IBA 500 mg/L或IBA 1 000 mg/L浸泡插穗基部10、30、60 min,均能获得90%以上的生根率,平均每株生根数在7.0~8.7条,其中,以珍珠岩∶蛭石(体积比1∶1)+IBA 1 000 mg/L+浸泡30 min生根效果最佳,扦插生根率可达98.3%,每株平均生根数为8.2条。The study adopted a 3-factor,3-level orthogonal experimental design with matrix ratio,indole butyric acid(IBA)mass concentration,and treatment time as factors,the current year branches of 5-year-old offspring of male Populus tomentosa propagated through tissue culture were used as experimental materials to study the cutting technology of young branches of Populus tomentosa.Taking into account factors such as reflected light intensity on the bed surface and leaf surface temperature at different substrate ratios,the results showed that the rooting effect of young branches of ancient male Populus tomentosa in the matrix ratio of perlite to vermiculite(volume ratio 1∶1)was significantly higher than that of vermiculite and perlite;on the basis of the cultivated soil,soak the base of cuttings with IBA 500 mg/L or IBA 1000 mg/L for 10,30 and 60 min can achieve a rooting rate of over 90%,with an average of 7.0-8.7 roots per plant;among them,perlite∶vermiculite(volume ratio 1∶1)+IBA 1000 mg/L+soaking for 30 min had the best rooting effect,with a cutting rooting rate of 98.3%and an average of 8.2 roots per plant.
