甲维盐及其复配剂对苹果小卷叶蛾幼虫室内毒力测定及田间防治效果

摘　　要：为筛选出理想的防治苹果小卷叶蛾的甲维盐复配剂。采用浸叶法测定甲维盐及其复配剂对苹果小卷叶蛾的毒力,并进行田间试验验证。室内毒力测定结果表明,不同药剂处理对苹果小卷叶蛾的毒力为甲维·氟酰胺>多杀·甲维盐>甲维·茚虫威>甲维盐>甲维·杀铃脲>甲维·除虫脲>甲维·虫酰肼>甲维·虫螨腈,LC50值分别为0.799 3、0.917 2、1.123 1、2.991 4、3.209 5、4.205 5、4.830 9、4.895 2 mg/L。田间防效试验结果表明,第1次施药后10 d, 8种药剂对苹果小卷叶蛾防效在77.38%~91.71%。其中12%甲维·氟酰胺ME、20%多杀·甲维盐SC、10%甲维·茚虫威SC对苹果小卷叶蛾防效均超过87%。甲维·氟酰胺、多杀·甲维盐、甲维·茚虫威在推荐剂量下对苹果树安全无药害,可以作为防治苹果小卷叶蛾的高效药剂推广使用。To select the best emamectin benzoate mixtures for controlling Adoxophyes orana,the virulence of different ratios of emamectin benzoate and its mixtures was assayed against A.orana in laboratory by leaf-dip method.The results showed that the toxicity of tested insecticides against A.orana was as follows,emamectin benzoate·flubendiamide>spinosad·emamectin benzoate>emamectin benzoate·indoxacarb>emamectin benzoate>emamectin benzoate·triflumuron>emamectin benzoate·diflubenzuron>emamectin benzoate·tebufenozide>emamectin benzoate·chlorfenapyr,with the LC 50 value were 0.7993,0.9172,1.1231,2.9914,3.2095,4.2055,4.8309,4.8952 mg/L,respectively.The field test results showed that the efficacy after the first application of 8 insecticides against A.orana in 10 days were 77.38%-91.71%,of which 12%emamectin benzoate·flubendiamide ME,20%spinosad·emamectin benzoate SC,and 10%emamectin benzoate·indoxacarb SC all had more than 87%control efficacy against A.orana.Therefore,emamectin benzoate·flubendiamide,spinosad·emamectin benzoate,and emamectin benzoate·indoxacarb were safe and harmless to apple trees at the recommended dosages,and could be used as highly effective insecticides for controlling A.orana.
