摘 要:根据黄河流域2011—2020年省级面板数据,首先用熵值法对黄河流域农业现代化水平进行测算,之后运用OLS模型实证分析该流域农业科技创新投入和农业现代化的影响。结果表明:(1)黄河流域农业现代化指数均值为0.399,处于起步阶段,且在2011—2018年表现出上升趋势;但在2018—2020年出现下降,这为黄河流域农业现代化发展蒙上了阴影。各区域中,下游的农业现代化发展综合指数均值明显大于中游和上游,其中上游的发展指数最低。各省、自治区中,山东省、内蒙古自治区和河南省的农业现代化综合发展指数均值高于其余省(区),甘肃省的综合发展指数均值最低。(2)农业科研资金投入规模对黄河流域整体及下游农业现代化发展的影响均显著为正,对上游和中游有显著的负向影响;农业科研资金投入强度对黄河流域及上游、中游农业现代化发展的影响显著为正,对下游的影响显著为负;农业科研人力投入对黄河流域及上、中、下游农业现代化发展的影响均显著为正。Based on the provincial panel data of the Yellow River basin from^(2)011 to 2020,this paper first calculates the agricultural modernization level of the Yellow River basin using entropy method,and then uses OLS model to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural scientific and technological innovation investment and agricultural modernization in the basin.The results show that:①The average agricultural modernization index of the Yellow River basin is 0.399,which is in the initial stage,and shows an upward trend in 2011-2018;However,the decline occurred in 2018-2020,which cast a shadow on the development of agricultural modernization in the Yellow River basin.In all regions,the average value of the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization development in the downstream is significantly higher than that in the middle and upstream,and the development index in the upstream is the lowest.Among the provinces and autonomous regions,the average comprehensive development index of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Henan Province is higher than that in other provinces(regions),while the average comprehensive development index of Gansu Province is the lowest.②The scale of investment in agricultural scientific research has a significant positive impact on the overall and downstream agricultural modernization development of the Yellow River basin,and a significant negative impact on the upstream and midstream;The investment intensity of agricultural research funds has a significant positive impact on the development of agricultural modernization in the Yellow River basin,the upper and middle reaches,and a significant negative impact on the lower reaches;The impact of human investment in agricultural research on agricultural modernization in the Yellow River basin and the upper,middle and lower reaches is significantly positive.
