普通历史地段的保护更新策略探索——以苏州古城历史地段为例

摘　　要：普通历史地段是历史文化名城的重要组成部分,由于其历史价值和风貌完整性与历史文化街区存在一定差距,其游离于保护体系之外,面临着法规制度不完善、更新模式有待创新和物质空间环境恶化等问题。因此,如何保护普通历史地段,是亟待解决的问题。以苏州古城历史地段为例,通过对苏州古城历史地段的现状问题进行分析,针对性地提出苏州古城历史地段保护更新的策略,希望为其他城市普通历史地段的保护与更新提供参考。Common historical areas are an important part of famous historical and cultural cities.Because of the gap between their historical value and feature integrity and historical and cultural blocks,they are outside the protection system,and face many problems,such as imperfect laws and regulations,innovation of renewal mode and deterioration of material space environment.Therefore,how to protect the common historical areas is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the historic areas of Suzhou ancient city as an example,the paper analyzes the current problems in the historic areas of Suzhou ancient city,and puts forward the targeted strategies for protecting and renewing the historic areas of Suzhou ancient city,hoping to provide a reference for the protection and renewal of the common historic areas in other cities.
