空间城市化与水环境耦合协调关系评估——以扬州市生态科技新城核心区为例

摘  要:生态科技城区是未来城市的发展模式,空间城市化与水环境耦合协调关系是评估生态科技城区发展水平的重要指标之一。运用耦合协调度模型测度了扬州生态科技新城核心区2022年度空间城市化与水资源环境耦合协调关系。研究结果表明:扬州生态科技新城核心区2022年度空间城市化与水环境的耦合度C=0.97,处于高水平耦合等级,耦合协调度D=0.66,处于初级协调阶段,空间城市化与水环境和谐共融。最后,进一步结合扬州生态科技新城核心区规划基期年和2022年的建成区面积、路网密度、公园绿地覆盖率、水面率、水系连通度等数据以及相关政策文件,阐明了扬州市生态科技新城空间城市化与水环境和谐共融的内在原因。Eco-tech urban area is the development model of future cities,and the coupling and coordination relationship between spatial urbanization and water environment is one of the important indicators to evaluate the development level of eco-tech urban areas.The coupling coordination model is used to measure the coupling and coordination relationship between spatial urbanization and water resources environment in Yangzhou Eco-Tech New City in 2022.The results show that the coupling degree of spatial urbanization and water environment in the core area of Yangzhou Eco-Tech New City in 2022 is C=0.97,which is at a high level of coupling level,and the coupling coordination degree D=0.66 is in the primary coordination stage,and spatial urbanization and water environment are harmonious.Finally,combined with the base year of the core area of Yangzhou Eco-Tech New City and the built-up area,road network density,park green space coverage,water surface rate,water system connectivity and other data in 2022,as well as relevant policy documents,the internal reasons for the spatial urbanization and harmonious integration of water environment in Yangzhou Eco-Tech New City are clarified.
