摘　　要：目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者肿瘤标志物糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原12-5(CA12-5)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CY21-1)与糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)水平的相关性。方法 选取自2021年6月至2021年12月收治的101例2型糖尿病患者为糖尿病组,并选取同期体检人群70例纳入健康组。糖尿病组患者根据其HbA1c水平分为糖尿病A组(6%~8%,n=51)与糖尿病B组(8%~12%,n=50)。比较各组CA19-9、CA12-5及CY21-1等指标水平,分析糖尿病患者血清中肿瘤标志物水平与HbA1c水平的相关性。结果 糖尿病B组CA19-9、CY21-1水平明显高于糖尿病A组与健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病A组与健康组CA19-9、CY21-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组受试者CA12-5水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。皮尔逊相关性分析结果显示,糖尿病患者血清CA19-9、CY21-1水平与HbA1c水平呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清CA19-9、CY21-1水平与HbA1c水平存在相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen 12-5(CA12-5),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CY21-1)and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)level in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 101 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and 70 patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.Patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into diabetes group A(6%-8%,n=51)and diabetes group B(8%-12%,n=50)according to their HbA1c levels.The levels of CA19-9,CA12-5 and CY21-1 among all groups were compared,and the correlation between serum tumor marker levels and HbA1c levels in diabetic patients was analyzed.Results The levels of CA19-9 and CY21-1 in diabetic group B were significantly higher than those in diabetic group A and healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CA19-9 and CY21-1 levels between diabetic group A and healthy group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in CA12-5 level among the three groups(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum CA19-9,CY21-1 levels were significantly positively correlated with HbA1c levels in diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CA19-9 and CY21-1 levels were correlated with HbA1c levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.
