摘 要:通过熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术制备了碳纳米管(CNT)/聚乳酸(PLA)复合薄膜,研究了复合薄膜厚度对其电磁屏蔽性能和电加热性能的影响,同时考察了基于CNT/PLA复合薄膜的压阻式传感器的性能。结果表明:厚度为4 mm的CNT/PLA复合薄膜在频率为11.4 GHz下的电磁屏蔽效能为40.8 dB;在14 V的电压下,厚度为4 mm的CNT/PLA复合薄膜的表面最高温度可以达到65.9℃,且通过连续3次开关电压,其表面最高温度可稳定在65.9℃并持续1000 s;制备的压阻式传感器在压力为0~10 kPa和10~100 kPa下的灵敏度分别为0.043 kPa-1和0.004 kPa-1,具有良好的稳定性和分辨率。Carbon nanotube(CNT)/polylactic acid(PLA)composite films were prepared by fused deposition molding(FDM)technology.The influence of the thickness on the electromagnetic shielding performance and electric heating performance of composite films was studied,and the performance of piezoresistive sensors based on CNT/PLA composite films was also investigated.The results showed that the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of CNT/PLA composite film with a thickness of 4 mm was 40.8 dB at a frequency of 11.4 GHz;the maximum surface temperature of CNT/PLA composite film with a thickness of 4 mm can reach 65.9℃at a voltage of 14 V,and its maximum surface temperature can be stabilized at 65.9℃for 1000 s through continuously switching the voltage three times;and the prepared piezoresistive sensor had the sensitivity of 0.043 kPa-1 and 0.004 kPa-1,respectively,at pressures of 0-10 kPa and 10-100 kPa and exhibited good stability and resolution.
