超高层超厚筏形基础混凝土施工关键措施分析

摘　　要：超高层筏形基础是典型的大体积混凝土。结合西安市曲江·云松间项目及鸿瑞天成(北区)综合体项目筏形基础大体积混凝土施工,从大体积混凝土计算厚度、配合比、浇筑速度、温度测量、养护方式等方面分析超高层超厚筏形基础施工关键措施。提出了大体积混凝土厚度以及浇筑速度的计算方式,明确了大体积混凝土添加剂、测温方式的适用条件,为后续超高层大体积混凝土施工提供一定的指导。Raft foundation of super high-rise building is typical mass concrete construction.In this paper,combined with the construction of mass concrete for the foundation raft of Qujiang·Yunsongjian Project in Xi'an and Hongrui Tiancheng Project,this paper analyzes mass concrete construction from the aspects of concrete thickness,mix ratio,pouring speed,temperature measurement,and maintenance method.This paper proposes the calculation method of mass concrete thickness and pouring speed,clarifies the applicable conditions for additive components temperature measurement and maintenance of mass concrete.According to the research in this paper,it provides certain guidance for the subsequent construction of large-volume concrete.
