摘 要:为解决矿井开采顶板支护难、支护效果不佳等问题,基于山西焦煤西山煤电德顺煤业11106工作面复合顶板岩层及锚杆锚索支护情况,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,建立复合顶板岩层及锚杆支护模型,模拟给锚杆施加不同预紧力,探究复合顶板岩层强度、稳定性、完整性情况,模拟结果表明:高预应力锚杆支护作用较强,增强了围岩的自承载能力。基于模拟结果,采取长短锚索支护方式对11106工作面顶板进行支护,监测发现顶板稳定性较好,现场实践取得了良好效果。In order to solve the problems of difficult roof support and poor support effect in the mining process,based on the compound roof rock layer and anchor cable support situation of the 11106 working face of Deshun Coal Industry,FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to establish a compound roof rock layer and anchor rod support model,simulating the strength,stability,integrity and other conditions of the compound roof rock layer when different pre tightening forces are applied to the anchor rods;The simulation results show that the high prestressed anchor rod has a strong support effect and enhances the self bearing capacity of the surrounding rock.Based on the simulation results,the long and short anchor cable support method was adopted to support the roof of the 11106 working face.Monitoring found that the stability of the roof was good,and good results were achieved in on-site practice.
