摘  要:在“双碳”以及阶梯电价政策的双重背景下,通过技术升级降低吨铝电耗成为电解铝企业生存和发展的“生命线”。国内某公司350 kA系列铝电解槽采用沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司铝电解节能技术进行内衬优化升级,取得了降低铝液直流电耗321 kWh/t-Al的节能效果,全部推广后预期节电约1.12亿度/年,减少CO_(2)排放约6.5万吨/年。Under the dual background of"emission peak,carbon neutrality"and stepped electricity price policy,it has become the"lifeline"for the survival and development of aluminum companies to reduce the power consumption per ton of aluminum through technological upgrading.The 350 kA series aluminum reduction cells of a domestic company have been optimized and upgraded in terms of the cell lining with SAMI's energy-saving technology,achieving an energy-saving effect of reducing the DC power consumption by 321 kWh/t-Al.After the wide promotion,it is expected to save power by about 112 million kWh annually and reduce CO_(2)emission by about 65000 tons annually.
