摘  要:为解决传统选线效果评价方法主观性强、客观性不足等问题,以贵阳至平塘(黔桂界)高速公路为例,对复杂环境下的山区高速公路选线决策方法进行了研究。结果表明:1)构建的山区高速公路选线决策评价指标体系能够有效客观反映山区复杂的环境特征,具有地域适用性;2)Delphi+CRITIC的主客观赋权法既保留了专家成熟经验,又降低了赋权的主观性,提高了权重分配的客观性;3)基于主客观组合权重-FCE的高速公路选线决策方法,综合考虑经济、技术、地理等多方面指标,通过模糊综合评价和主客观组合权重,提高了选线决策方案的客观性和科学性,能够有效指导山区高速公路的选线决策工程实际。In order to solve the problem of not being objective of traditional routing effect evaluation methods,this paper studies on the decision-making method of mountain highway routing in the complex environment,taking Guiyang-Pingtang Expressway as an example.The results show that:1)The constructed evaluation index system for decision-making of highway routing in mountainous areas can effectively and objectively reflect the complex environmental characteristics of mountainous areas,and is geographically applicable;2)The subjective and objective assignment method of Delphi+CRTIC reduces the subjectivity of the assignment and improves the objectivity of the weight distribution while retaining the mature experience of experts;3)The highway routing decision-making method based on the combination of subjective and objective weights-FCE takes into account economic,technical,geographic and other indexes.The decision-making method considers economic,technical and geographical indicators,and improves the objectivity and scientificity of the routing decision-making scheme through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and subjective-objective combination weights.
