摘 要:为解决现有线型SBS改性沥青改性剂掺量高、沥青性能稳定性差的问题,基于分子自组装原理,借助阻聚剂,进行星线共混型SBS改性沥青制备方法研究,并评估星型SBS替代部分线型SBS,实现降低SBS掺量的可行性;利用基础三大指标确定力学性能,动态剪切流变仪确定粘弹性能,并进行红外光谱与荧光显微分析。结果表明:0.2%阻聚剂、3.3%改性剂的星线共混改性沥青三大指标与纯线3.8%SBS改性沥青相当,可降低0.5%SBS掺量,星线共混型SBS改性沥青高温性能更好,反应更加完全,形成的网络结构更完善。In order to solve the problem that the existing linear SBS modified asphalt modifier has high content,but the stability of asphalt performance is poor,based on the principle of molecular self-assembly,with the help of inhibitor,the preparation method of star-line blended SBS modified asphalt was studied,and the feasibility of replacing part of linear SBS with star-shaped SBS to reduce the content of SBS was evaluated.The mechanical properties were determined by three basic indexes,the viscoelastic properties were determined by dynamic shear rheometer,and the infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence microscopy were analyzed.The final results show thatthe three indexes of star-line blended modified asphalt with 0.2%and 3.3%modifier are equivalent to those of pure line 3.8%SBS modified asphalt,which can reduce the content of 0.5%SBS.The high temperature performance of star-line blended SBS modified asphalt is better,the reaction is more complete,and the network structure is more perfect.
