摘 要:花瓶墩被广泛用于公路和市政工程高架桥设计中,为了研究双支座花瓶墩高架桥的抗倾覆性能,先探讨了不同汽车荷载的合理性,后确定加载方式,并根据《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG 3362—2018)中抗倾覆的验算方法以及支座脱空后修正边界条件的计算状态,再采用Midas Civil有限元软件,对跨径为3×30 m不同宽度与支座间距的钢箱梁和钢箱叠合梁直线桥建立三维杆单元模型,并利用影响线进行汽车荷载加载,获得桥梁宽度与支座间距比值的倾覆临界值。结果表明:1)公路-Ⅰ级车道荷载用于抗倾覆验算的荷载偏小,宜采用3.1 m间距55 t的密排车队;2)在其他条件相同的情况下,满足《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG 3362—2018)特征状态1和特征状态2的临界值不同;3)3×30 m跨径的桥梁,钢箱叠合梁桥梁宽度与支座间距比值倾覆临界值为3.37~3.51,钢箱梁桥梁宽度与支座间距比值倾覆临界值为2.36~2.39。The vase pier is widely used in the design of elevated bridges in highway and municipal engineering.In order to study the anti-overturning performance of the double support vase pier elevated bridge,the rationality of different vehicle loads was firstly explored,and secondly the loading method was determined.Then according tothe anti-overturning calculation method in the"Specifications for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts"(JTG 3362-2018),and the calculation state of the corrected boundary conditions after the support detached thirdly,a three-dimensional rod element model for steel box girder bridge and steel concrete composite beam bridge with spans of 3×30 m with different widths and support spacing was established using Midas Civil finite element softwareAfter that,influence lines were used for vehicle load loading.In the end,the critical overturning value of the ratio of bridge width to support spacing was obtained.The results indicate:1)The load used for anti overturning calculation of highway lane I is relatively small,and it is recommended to use a dense platoon with a spacing of 3.1 m and the weight of 55 tons;2)Under the same other conditions,the critical values of feature state 1 and feature state 2 that meet the"Specifications for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts"(JTG 3362-2018)are different;3)For bridges with a span of 3x30m,the critical overturning value of the width to support spacing ratio of a steel concrete composite beam bridge is 3.37-3.51,and the critical overturning value of the width to support spacing ratio of a steel box girder bridge is 2.36-2.39.
