摘 要:为了保证决策者能够在有限的资源条件下合理地对路网多个风险路段进行安全性改进,通过分析影响风险路段安全改进的因素,应用模糊优选方法和数学变换法将决策者提供的模糊判断矩阵转化为满足一致性要求的相对优属度矩阵,建立了适用于普通干线公路网风险路段安全改进决策的多目标模糊优选模型并进行求解,将该模型应用于贵州省都匀公路管理局所辖普通干线公路网的安全改进项目中,得到了良好的决策和应用效果。结果表明,模糊优选模型在公路项目群安全改进决策中具有可靠性和有效性。In order to ensure that decision-makers can reasonably improve the safety of risky road sections in the road network under limited resource conditions,by analyzing the factors that affect the safety improvement of risky road sections,fuzzy optimization methods and mathematical transformation methods are applied to transform the fuzzy judgment matrix provided by decision-makers into a relative superiority matrix that meets the consistency requirements.A multi-objective fuzzy optimization model suitable for safety improvement decision-making of high-risk sections in ordinary trunk highway networks has been established and solved.The model was applied to the safety improvement project of the ordinary trunk road network under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Duyun Highway Management Bureau,and good decision-making and application results were obtained.The results indicate that the fuzzy optimization model has reliability and effectiveness in the safety improvement decision-making of highway project groups.
