摘　　要：文章旨在研究新能源汽车金工实训教师队伍的建设与培训模式,并提出一种适应实践需求的高效培训模式,以提高实训教师队伍的素质和能力,并推动新能源汽车技术人才的培养和发展。通过对培训需求分析、培训内容设计、培训方法选择、培训成果评估等多个方面的研究和分析,文章提出了一种创新的教师队伍培训模式,并结合实际案例进行验证和探讨。研究结果表明,通过对新能源汽车金工实训教师队伍建设与培训模式的探讨,可以提高实训教师队伍的素质和能力,为新能源汽车技术人才的培养和发展提供支持和保障。The purpose of this paper is to study the construction and training mode of new energy vehicle metalworking training teachers,and propose an efficient training mode to meet the practical needs,so as to improve the quality and ability of the training teachers,and promote the cultivation and development of new energy vehicle technical talents.Through the research and analysis of training needs analysis,training content design,training method selection,training achievement evaluation and other aspects,this paper proposes an innovative teacher training model,which is verified and discussed with actual cases.The results show that through the discussion of the construction and training mode of the new energy vehicle metalworking training teacher team,the quality and ability of the training teacher team can be improved,and the training and development of new energy vehicle technical talents can be provided with support and guarantee.
