摘　　要：汽车作为一种重要的生产工具和交通工具,越来越广地进入了人们的生活。当今我国汽车工业的发展速度惊人,中国已成为一个汽车消费大国,培育健康有序的汽车市场,提升汽车行业服务品质已经显得刻不容缓。在今天经济全球化和信息化迅猛发展的时代,企业间的竞争更激烈,将与国外汽车企业巨头争夺国内汽车市场,而由于技术、体制、机制上因素,我国汽车企业普遍缺乏品牌竞争力。汽车不断地涌入老百姓家庭,汽车不再是单一的生产工具而成为现代生活的必用品。时代在进步,技术在创新。随着汽车保有量不断上升,汽车维修人员必须深入掌握汽车各个电气组成模块的结构、工作原理、故障特点及诊断排除方法,只有这样才能适应当今时代的要求,从而保证快速准确的排除故障。文章以2012款奇瑞A3轿车为例,分析CAN总线、车窗系统、ABS系统,并结合真实的故障案例,诊断分析出故障原因及排除方法。As an important production tool and means of transport,automobiles have entered people's lives more and more widely.Today,China's automobile industry is developing at an astonishing speed,and China has become a large auto consumer country,cultivating a healthy and orderly auto market,and improving the service quality of the auto industry have become urgent.In today's era of economic globalization and rapid development of information technology,the competition among enterprises is more intense,and will compete with foreign automobile enterprise giants for the domestic automobile market,and due to technical,and institutional factors,China's automobile enterprises generally lack of brand competitiveness.Cars continue to pour into the ordinary people's families,cars are no longer a single tool of production and become a necessity of modern life.Time in progress,technology in innovation.With the rising car ownership,automotive maintenance personnel must have a deep grasp of the car's electrical components of the structure of the module,the principle of operation,fault characteristics and diagnosis and elimination methods,the only way to adapt to the requirements of today's times,so as to ensure that rapid and accurate troubleshooting.The article takes the 2012 Chery A3 sedan as an example,analyses the CAN bus,window system,ABS system,and combines the real fault cases,diagnoses,and analyses the fault causes and troubleshooting methods.
