摘 要:电动汽车在充电时,需要把充电枪从充电桩上取下来,再插到电动汽车上。结束充电后,再把充电枪拔下来插到充电桩上,此充电过程需要2次拖动充电枪。当充电桩进行多次充电时,充电枪的连接导线内部极易破损或断裂,但是从外表看不出内部损坏痕迹。时间久了,充电枪充电时,由于导线的破损,载流量变小,当通过大电流时,导线在破损处温度升高,严重可能引发火灾。因此文章提出了基于深度学习的充电枪连接导线故障检测,旨在及时检测连接导线初期的隐患,提高充电桩的应用安全。When charging an electric vehicle,the charging gun needs to be removed from the charging post and plugged into the electric vehicle.After the charging is finished,the charging gun is removed and plugged into the charging post.After charging,the charging gun is pulled down and plugged into the charging pile again,and this charging process requires 2 times of dragging the charging gun.When the charging post is charging for many times,the connection wire of the charging gun is very easy to be broken or fractured internally,but there is no trace of internal damage from the outside.After a long time,when the charging gun is charging,the current-carrying capacity becomes smaller due to the breakage of the wires,and when a large current is passed,the temperature of the wires rises at the breakage point,which may seriously cause a fire.Therefore,this paper proposes a deep learning-based charging gun connection wire fault detection,aiming at timely detection of hidden dangers in the initial stage of the connection wire and improving the safety of charging pile applications.
